Description
Your day begins with a guided tour at the Royal Navy Museum: Naval Aviation. Discover the fascinating history of the Fleet Air Arm and the stories behind its iconic aircraft before enjoying free time to explore the museum at your own pace. Revisit your favourite exhibits, experience the Aircraft Carrier Experience, or discover Barracuda Live: The Big Rebuild. There will also be time to enjoy lunch and browse the museum gift shop.

At 1:30pm, you'll board a coach from the museum car park for an exclusive visit to Navy Wings, located within the heart of RNAS Yeovilton. As this unique heritage hangar is not normally open to the public, this is a rare opportunity to get up close to an extraordinary collection of historic naval aircraft.

Your visit begins with a welcome from the Navy Wings Chief Engineer, who will provide an in-depth update on current restoration and engineering projects. You'll then have the chance to explore the hangar, meet the engineering team, and see restoration work in progress, including the Sea Hawk and Swordfish LS326.

The day concludes at 3:30pm, when you'll return by coach to the Royal Navy Museum: Naval Aviation car park.
